  • Back Fill: 50% fiber, 5% down, and 45% feather blend, constructed with multiple compartments to keep materials evenly distributed and securely in place.
  • Seat Comfort: This seat is plush yet supportive. Cushions with feather and down fill require regular fluffing and rotating to maintain their shape.
  • Seat Construction: Sinuous-springs system. Heavy-gauge steel springs are placed 4” - 5” apart for uniform comfort and doubled up on each end to withstand the wear and tear that comes from everyday use. Features a frame using mortise and tenon, double-dowel, and corner-block construction to provide solid, long-lasting joints.

Cleaning Code W: To spot clean, apply water, blot with a clean, light-colored cloth, and let air dry. For lingering stains, use water-based shampoo or foam upholstery cleaner. Do not oversaturate. Clean from the outside of the affected area toward the center to prevent the spot from expanding. Always test a small, discreet area first. For large stains or deep cleaning, contact a professional upholstery cleaner. Vacuum regularly with an upholstery attachment.

Slipcover Care: We recommend having your washable slipcover professionally cleaned, given its large size. We also suggest washing the entire slipcover to ensure the color remains consistent across all pieces.

If you choose to launder at home, wash the slipcover body separate from the cushion covers, so as not to overload your washer. Before washing, close the zippers on pillow and cushion covers. Run a gentle cycle using cold water and a mild detergent. At the end of the cycle, remove the slipcover immediately. Air drying is preferred, although you may also tumble dry on a “no heat” setting until slightly damp. While slightly damp, place the slipcover body on the furniture, then do the same with the cushion covers. You may need to stretch the slipcover slightly in the process. Stand the cushions on their side, rotating every 20 - 30 minutes until dry.

General Care: Fluff and rotate loose cushions as needed to keep cushions looking fresh and encourage even wear.

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong notify us via email at hello@aranzasu.com  and we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours.
