When will my order ship?

Shipping and delivery times vary by product. Because we partner with a variety of artisans, manufacturers, and trusted suppliers, each item has its own estimated processing and shipping timeline.

Please refer to the Product Details section on the individual product page for the most accurate shipping estimate.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).


How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If you haven't received tracking information after your item's estimated processing time, please contact us at hello@aranzasu.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.


What is your return policy?

Return eligibility varies by product.

Please review the Product Details section on each item's page for its specific return and refund policy before placing your order.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@aranzasu.com.

To help us resolve your claim as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and work with you to find the best solution.


Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@aranzasu.com. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.


I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I update it?

Yes—if your order has not yet shipped.

Please email hello@aranzasu.com immediately with your order number and the correct shipping address. We'll do our best to update your information before your order is processed.


Do you offer interior design services?

Yes. Aranzasu Design offers luxury interior design services for residential and commercial projects throughout the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
