Estimated shipping times vary by order. A tracking ID will be emailed to you the day your order ships out so you may easily track your order. The estimated shipping times below represent the approximate amount of time your order will be in transit once your order has left the factory:

• Orders sent via UPS or FedEx Ground are delivered on average 3-7 business days after the order leaves the factory
• Orders sent via a Freight Carrier are delivered on average 2-3 weeks after the order leaves the factory.
• Orders sent via a In-Home Special Care Delivery Service are delivered on average 4-6 weeks after the order leaves the factory. Some of our products are oversized, heavy, fragile or one of a kind and may require an additional $99 surcharge in order to receive the best possible delivery experience. Special Care Delivery is also available to add on to an order for select items where an upgraded delivery experience is recommended.

Returnable items in an unused condition fit for resale within 7 days of delivery. (Note: Exclusions apply. See below).

If your item is a final sale item, it is not eligible for a return.

All returns over $100 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Any item under $100 will have a flat restocking fee of $15.

Shipping fees are non refundable.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 24-48 hours production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 7-10 business days excluding holidays.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 business days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please email us hello@aranzasu.com

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Please note that, as a general policy, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item has arrived damaged. In the unfortunate event that your item is damaged during transit, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If you have received a damaged item, we kindly request that you contact us immediately at hello@aranzasu.com. To facilitate the return process, please refrain from discarding the damaged item. We will provide you with detailed return instructions to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return experience.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong notify us via email at hello@aranzasu.com  and we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. 

How long does shipping take?
The average shipping time is 5-7 business days.
