Ship all orders within 7 business days of purchase.

Please note that processing times may occasionally vary due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances.

You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

We’re happy to help with returns, but please note that all merchandise must be approved for return by Aranzasu Design.

Requests must be made within 30 days of the original shipment date, and items must be in their original, secure packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the item, if it's been used, installed, or altered in any way, we’ll reach out to let you know. In such cases, we’ll ask for your permission to return the product to you since we won’t be able to issue a credit. If we don’t hear back within 48 hours, the item will be responsibly discarded and no credit will be issued. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

All returns are subject to a handling and factory inspection fee. Unused items in sealed boxes will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Please note: Custom, made-to-order, discontinued, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

For large quantity or international returns, additional review may be needed.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 24-48 hours production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 7-10 business days excluding holidays.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 business days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please email us hello@aranzasu.com

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Please note that, as a general policy, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item has arrived damaged. In the unfortunate event that your item is damaged during transit, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If you have received a damaged item, we kindly request that you contact us immediately at hello@aranzasu.com. To facilitate the return process, please refrain from discarding the damaged item. We will provide you with detailed return instructions to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return experience.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong notify us via email at hello@aranzasu.com  and we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. 

How long does shipping take?
The average shipping time is 5-7 business days.
