Returns & Claims Policy
We want every order from Aranzasu.com to arrive just as expected. If there’s an issue with your item, please follow the appropriate process below to ensure a timely resolution.
Wrong Item Received
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at customercare@aranzasu.com and include:
- A photo of the item received
- Your order number
We'll promptly begin the return authorization process.
Defective Item
If your product has a defect, please initiate a return within 60 days of delivery by emailing customercare@aranzasu.com with:
- A brief description of the defect
- Clear photos showing the defect
Returns requested after 60 days will not be accepted.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery for both visible and concealed damage.
If damage is noticed at the time of delivery:
- Refuse delivery and clearly note the damage on the delivery receipt in the driver’s presence
- If you accept the package, sign as "damaged" on the delivery receipt
If damage is discovered after delivery:
Contact us within 4 business days of delivery at customercare@aranzasu.com with:
- A brief description of the damage
- Photos of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging (even if it appears intact)

Do not move the product from its original locationNote: For items shipped via a third-party account, it is the customer's responsibility to file any damage claims. Aranzasu is not responsible for third-party storage or delivery fees.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Please allow 24-48 hours production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 7-10 business days excluding holidays.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 business days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please email us hello@aranzasu.com
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Please note that, as a general policy, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item has arrived damaged. In the unfortunate event that your item is damaged during transit, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong notify us via email at hello@aranzasu.com and we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours.
