We’re happy to help with returns, but please note that all merchandise must be approved for return by Aranzasu Design.
Requests must be made within 30 days of the original shipment date, and items must be in their original, secure packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the item, if it's been used, installed, or altered in any way, we’ll reach out to let you know.
In such cases, we’ll ask for your permission to return the product to you since we won’t be able to issue a credit.
If we don’t hear back within 48 hours, the item will be responsibly discarded and no credit will be issued.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
All returns are subject to a handling and factory inspection fee.
Unused items in sealed boxes will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Please note: Custom, made-to-order, discontinued, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
For large quantity or international returns, additional review may be needed.
