All standard sized items ship via FedEx standard delivery 1-5 business days after purchase.
Shipping rates for standard delivery items are 7.5% of the original full price before discounts.
Damages + Claims:
Items must be inspected at the time of delivery. In order for a claim to be made for white glove service, the product must be unpacked and inspected for damages at the time of delivery.
A signature will be required upon inspection and approval or rejection of product delivery. The return of a damaged product is immediately removed by the white glove delivery service.
Remorse Returns:
After an item has been delivered, the customer is responsible for return freight fees and restocking fees.
A shipping return fee of 25% of the order's value will be deducted from the returned value.
Aranzasu Design will arrange the return with the carrier with the customer providing a reasonable pickup window.Customer has 60 days to request a return of the item.
Repackaging Returns:
White Glove carriers will package items for return.

Please allow 24-48 hours production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 7-10 business days excluding holidays.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Please note that, as a general policy, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item has arrived damaged. In the unfortunate event that your item is damaged during transit, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
If you have received a damaged item, we kindly request that you contact us immediately at hello@aranzasu.com. To facilitate the return process, please refrain from discarding the damaged item. Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong notify us via email at hello@aranzasu.com and we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours.
